So what do undirected ...Hyperlinks are directional. So what do undirected edges in the graph mean? And it is somewhat strange to see "highways" of long hyperlink chains. Are all the links in these highways pointing in the same direction? (In which case, PageRank propagates through the highways).Srinath Srinivasahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17652422409426624399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18157064.post-71226169301741069022007-05-21T14:19:00.000-07:002007-05-21T14:19:00.000-07:00Wikipedia posts a similar, mind blowing pic here, ...Wikipedia posts a similar, mind blowing pic here, with IP addressess

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Internet_map_1024.jpgAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18157064.post-33904917856900402612007-05-19T10:33:00.000-07:002007-05-19T10:33:00.000-07:00[..]So sieht also laut Google das World Wide Web a...[..]So sieht also laut Google das World Wide Web aus. As suggested, it's probably just the absolutely largest sites out there.Rafahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01367589288593459361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18157064.post-3577160015935509022007-05-17T13:54:00.000-07:002007-05-17T13:54:00.000-07:00Hmmm. You'll notice they are arranged sequentially (1 --> 2 --> 3), not hypertextually, which you would expect if this were a map of websites, but makes perfect sense if you're just following fiber optic lines connecting New York ---> London ---> Moscow.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17698562397742719005noreply@blogger.com
