This trick only works in YouTube's new player, which is only available for videos that don't include annotations or ads. It's limited to the videos played on YouTube's site and it doesn't work for embedded videos. Here's an example of video you can use to play Snake.
YouTube is not the only Google product that lets you play games. Gmail has a Labs feature called "old Snakey" that adds a Snake game inside Gmail.

ReplyDeleteI've had a YouTube account. Now, I'm not able to login to it. I've entered the correct User Name and Password. When I want to retrieve the password, I can get the link and change the password. However, I'm not able to login. I can get the correct User name through my mail. When I try to retrieve the user name, I can do it. I can also retrieve the password. Still, I'm not able to log in my account. I'm receiving all the comments that are being posted for my uploads.
i found this thing on accident actually. my video was loading and i just hit the arrow keys and suddenly it shot downward. at first i thought it was just an error. so later on i tried it again and noticed there was a dot that you could go and get and soon enough it was snake. then i researched it.

a correction to person above using firefox 4.0 beta 10 it has multiple ways to play

2) hold left for 2 to 3 seconds
3.1) quickly press up letting your finger off of left
3.2) quickly press down letting your finger off of left
which option on three you do doesn't matter but I can't seem to get 3.1 to work after mistakenly hitting down instead of up but hey it works and avoid things that the video is a light color in the beginning to be able to see the "food" preferably a dark background so you can see the white
