I don't know about the most stable Google Chrome version, but emoticons are available in Chromium 0.3.155.0.

Yep. Emoticons are available in Chrome. I noticed the new emoticons last night and like them. I use Windows Live Mail (email-client) with Gmail POP but it's nice to see that Gmail now has emoticons.

u go 2 settings and then labs. Scroll 2 z bottom of Labs and ull c EXTRA EMJOI (dont ask about the name plz!) and then PRESS SAVE CHANGES!!!!! go 2 ur email and c what the lab did fer u.
